DFTBA strives to ship your order in a timely and accurate fashion, but we're all human, and sometimes we humans make mistakes. If your order contains a mistake, you are entitled to a refund or a product exchange as long as it falls within our time specifications below. We want you to be happy with your order, however we also need customers to let us know as soon as possible that something has gone wrong with an order, so we do have a 30 day policy in place for domestic orders and a 60 day policy in place for international orders- we cannot issue refunds or offer returns/exchanges 30 or 60 days after the ship date, depending on where you are located.
We cannot accept any kind of return or exchange for shirts that have been washed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We can only honor refunds within 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international orders from the shipment date. There are size charts on each product page that are pulled directly from the manufacturer's websites- we highly recommend using these to determine which size of clothing item you will need.
Due to issues it causes with inventory management, we cannot accept exchanges if you order the wrong size of something. If you order an item in the incorrect size and would like to return it for a refund of your order minus shipping costs, send us an email and we will provide instructions on how to do so.
If you do not contact us before the 30 or 60 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund for a returned item. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning items. Returned clothing items must be unworn and unwashed.
Any media items (CDs/DVDs) carry a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund amount when the product is returned to us.

When returning any item, we can only refund the original retail price paid and cannot refund any shipping costs. All returns must be authorized via email- we may not be able to refund your order if you return it without contacting us first.

LATE DELIVERY: We can only honor returns or refunds for late delivery within 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international orders from the shipment date. If you do not contact us before the 30 or 60 days, we will be unable to offer you a return or refund for your order.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: When we put an item on clearance, it usually means we won't be printing that particular item again. Unfortunately, this means that clearance items (items 50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

A few notes about shipping:
Please allow 7-14 days for shipping domestic and 14-60 days for shipping international before emailing us about your order. We ship new orders almost every day, and we use First Class USPS mail. DFTBA Records is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit- once you receive a tracking number, it is out of our hands. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order has shipped. These do sometimes get sorted into spam folders for one reason or another, so please check your spam folders and filters before contacting us.
Lots of countries charge extra taxes on importing goods. They don't always do this, and they're spotty about when, why and how. We find it extremely annoying, but unfortunately we can't keep track of how each country does it. But please note that you may be charged taxes upon delivery of your items.
Please check that your PayPal address is correct BEFORE submitting your order. Any orders sent out to wrong addresses provided by PayPal will not be reshipped until they are returned to us.
Pre-orders ship when stated. If any other title is ordered in the same order, your entire order will ship when the pre-order is released.
